Beyonce Knowles' mother, Tina Knowles is not happy with the unnecessary pressure people are giving Queen B to inform her fans and viewers on the current issues that Nigerians are facing with SARS.
While on her IG Live, she also called on Beyoncé and her team to use their voices and platforms to bring awareness and to support the cause. Watch the clip below.
This raised a lot of talk from her legion of fans known as Beyhive to her publicist and Beyonce's mother was not going to let this slide.
Beyonce addressed this saying,
"I am heartbroken to see the senseless brutality taking place in Nigeria," she wrote in a text post. "We have been working on partnerships with youth organizations to support those protesting for change. We are collaborating with coalitions to provide emergency healthcare, food and shelter. To our Nigerian sisters and brothers, we stand by you."
This back and forth got so many sharing their sentiments claiming that she is not a political leader to have her give her statement.
