Idris Sultan looks like he is in a mood to cause a stir when he said he was not planning on celebrating President Magufuli's birthday on social media.
Magufuli who is seeking a second term is celebrating his 61st birthday today.
According to the controversial Tanzanian comedian, his reasoning is that someone might be irked by his social media post and he might find himself celebrating Magufuli behind cells.
However, he said that he will be happy to celebrate him should the two meet.

(I can't wish president Magufuli a happy birthday on social media because I don't who will be irked by it then I find myself celebrating this day alone in a cell. Unless I do so when I meet him in person.)

For those who have already forgotten, earlier this year, Idris was in hot soup after he was arrested for cyber bullying.
It is believed that a video of him laughing at a throwback photo of President Magufuli got him in trouble.
