Finally after a long time, Kenyan film industry has started to get the recognition it deserves after two films; 'Disconnect' and 'Sincerely Daisy' made it to Netflix.
SIncerely Daisy is 2020 Kenyan coming-of-age romantic comedy film produced and directed by Nick Mutuma. The film stars Ella Maina, Brian Abejah, Sam Psenjen and Mbeki Mwalimu in the lead roles.
Though two years old, Disconnect is Kenyan romantic comedy film directed by David 'Tosh' Gitonga and Michael Jones. The film stars Kenyan actress Brenda Wairimu and actor Nick Mutuma who lead a diverse cast which explores the dating scene in Nairobi.
Now we have '40 sticks' a Kenyan thriller feature set to premier on Netflix on Friday, 20th November!
The film which is directed by Victor Gatonye , stars the likes of Robert Agengo, Bilal Mwaura, Andreo Kamau and Cajeton Boy.
