So new month definitely means an updated list of movies and series you guys should binge watch this beautiful cold November.
This month will be extra special because after Kenyan films; 'Sincerely Daisy' and 'Disconnect' made it into Netflix last month, we now get to wait for '40 sticks'.
'40 sticks' is a Kenyan thriller feature set to premier on Netflix on Friday, 20th November! We stay winning guys!
The film which is directed by Victor Gatonye , stars the likes of Robert Agengo, Bilal Mwaura, Andreo Kamau and Cajeton Boy.
This month I am also excited that a number of my favorite series have already returned while some will be premiering soon.
To add to '40 sticks' below is a list of series and movies you should binge watch this month!
2. This Is Us season 5
'The big three' are back guys! Oh yes, after waiting for long, the Pearsons are back on our screens to bless us with great vibes and family drama.
The season did a two-hour premier on October 27th on NBC network with the third episode set to air on November 10th!
3. Blacklist season 8 (Crime)
A wanted fugitive mysteriously surrenders himself to the FBI and offers to help them in capturing deadly criminals. However, in this season, Elizabeth Keen will be on a mission to take down Raymond Reddington.
4.The Trial of the Chicago 7 (Drama/thriller)
The film is based on the infamous 1969 trial of seven defendants charged by the federal government with conspiracy and more, arising from the countercultural protests in Chicago at the 1968 Democratic National Convention. The trial transfixed the nation and sparked a conversation about mayhem intended to undermine the U.S. government.
5. Rogue City (Action)
Rogue City is a 2020 French action film directed and written by Olivier Marchal and starring Lannick Gautry, Stanislas Merhar and Kaaris. It was released on Netflix on 30 October 2020.
Set in Marseille, an anti-gang police gang with unorthodox methods investigate a shooting at a nightclub alongside a longtime rival unit.
Roadkill is a British four-part television thriller written and created by David Hare, and directed by Michael Keillor. It was first broadcast on BBC One on 18 October 2020.
The series stars Hugh Laurie as a self-made, forceful and charismatic politician positioned in the cabinet as Minister for Transport whose public and private life seems to be falling apart – or rather is being picked apart by his enemies
7. Save me - season 2 (November 5th) -Drama
The disappearance of his estranged daughter Jody leads Nelson "Nelly" Rowe, a London womanizer, down a dangerous path; along the way he becomes an unlikely hero and gets some measure of redemption, but that may not be enough to accomplish his goals.
