Diamond Platnumz and Koffi Olomide's song, 'Waah' has been the topic of discussion ever since they dropped the audio.

The two coming together was definitely going to be heavy. They are both amazing dancers and even better artistes.

The video made history in Africa as the first video to hit 2 million views in just 13 hours. But the making of that video Diamond says was not easy.

"The reason why I had him come to Tanzania was because it was cheaper to have him here than me traveling to Congo with the band and the dancers and the crew which would have been so expensive." Diamond spoke during an interview with Lil Ommy on Wasafi Radio

Adding that it was an honor working with the legend.

"I respect Koffi Olomide so much because he is a legend and he knows how this game goes. I may have made hits but he remains the king especially in this kind of music. It was very difficult to shoot the video. We dressed a lot. I was going through a hard time. You were giving me a hard time."

Koffi laughed and said,

"You are joking. I will not say you are lying because that is a joke. This guy is talented and very clever and with a good heart. His destiny is great and I can confirm he is too talented. It was a pleasure working with him. I have learned from him a lot."

A very impressed Diamond was humbled that Koffi who has been in the game for over 30 years learning from him is a blessing.

Kenyans have fallen in love with the song but Octopizzo is not happy about it. Find out why below:
