Tanasha Donna and Naseeb Junior were in Tanzania last weekend to record a video with Nandy.
In the midst of that, she had the chance to visit her baby daddy, Diamond Platnumz and give him the chance to spend time with their son, Naseeb.
Tanasha's presence there also gave her the opportunity to perform Gere on stage with Diamond for the first time.
So many small snippets of that performance were shared on social media and the one that trended all over was of Diamond seemingly snubbing a kiss from Tanasha.
So what really happened? Tanasha answered this in an interview with the media during her visit to Mombasa.
"I am single. We are not back together with Diamond at all. And about the kiss, first of all, I am not a person to do public display of affection (PDA). If I want to kiss someone I will do it in closed doors. As a matter of fact, I did not know he would call me up on stage, we went to party and the next thing I was called on stage.
I went there and I was trying to tell him, why didn't you tell me I was going to come up on stage and if you look at the video you can see my mouth is moving and at the same time he was looking back telling the DJ to play 'Gere'. So everything happened so fast. The media went and did what they do best and recreated the whole story but it is what it is.
At the end of the day, I always say if you know your truths you do not have to justify yourself. I do not respond to people online. The smart people who watched the video could see I was not trying to kiss him."
