Nyota Ndogo has for a long time been forced to deal with haters and social media trolls ever since she married her Dutch hubby, Henning Nielsen.
Having been married for close to four years now, Nyota Ndogo has been at the receiving end for marrying a considerably older man.
However, she has always stuck by him, defending him whenever the trolls arise.
On Wednesday she posted a photo of herself all cuddled up with her hubby and one troll decided to poke her.
The Instagram user wrote;
"Naona babu amejipanga kwa death row" (I see the old man is ready for death row)
Nyota immediately hit back at the troll. She wrote;
"Unaweza ukafa wewe babu akabaki usicheze na mungu." Which is loosely translated to; "You might even die before the old man, do not play with God."
"In an earlier interview with Word Is, the coastal singer spoke about the challenges of being married to a white man.
"The important thing is understanding each other's weaknesses. We are still trying to adjust to each other's culture. The challenging part is also being married to a mzungu. Many always expect me to help whenever they ask for help and if I don't, they speak ill of me," Nyota said.
She said she is in good terms with her husband's ex-wife and they talk. Nyota, who was accused of stealing someone's hubby, denied this.
"I didn't steal anyone's husband. He was divorced. His ex and I talk and their children are even planning to visit me soon in Kenya," she said.
