Celestine Ndinda aka Mama Tugi aka Wakavinye aka Cele is looking like she is 16 again after unveiling her before and after weight pictures.

Okay, her husband, Njugush shared the pictures and daym, the babe has been going hard in the gym and when it comes to her diet. So many kilos shed and she has a few lessons for y 'all who want to get pregnant.

Taking to social media, Cele posted a video with fitness trainer, Stephanie - who is currently expectant - talking about the biggest mistake she made when pregnant.

Right after giving birth to Tugi, it took her 2 months before she stepped out even for a simple walk. And this was coupled up with heavy eating from morning to evening all to make sure she gets 'maziwa ya mtoto' as she called it.
