The humble pie had to be eaten and the day is here. Huddah has been forced to apologize after her brand was just about to be on the wrong side of PR.
A year ago, Huddah touched a raw nerve commenting about big people -why am I sugar-coating her words- fat women is what she called them. She made a comment about singer Lizzo's body, saying women need to stop saying they are thick. Fat and unhealthy is what she called them. Thick is for porridge.
"I’m unfit, as skinny as I am, I call that spade a spade. Ati thick, are you porridge? Let's promote healthy living." She wrote
“People love being lied to. I’m not your liar. And most of you will still buy the healthy product we are about to launch low key coz you are not okay with how you look that’s why you are so mad and offended at my comments. Otherwise, you should be happy.
“And stop thinking coz I post cosmetics that’s my daily bread! That’s for your nosy asses to see online. I have many businesses. If cosmetics was feeding me and buying me houses, it would be so affordable! I barely make any profits out of it coz I wanna make skinny and fat women look good. Si lazima ununue,” Huddah said
Lo and behold, today she sent Yummy Mummy, who is all about body positivity and she is plus size a PR package of her products. She loves Huddah Cosmetics products but she was clear she does not like the owner and it is all because of the harsh body shamming statement she dropped a year ago.

Huddah panicked because that is not the image you want to have out there. She was forced to apologize not only to Yummy Mummy but to all women who were offended by her statement back then.
