'No matter how good or bad your life is, wake up each and every morning with a grateful heart.' That was Jalang'o's wake up call this morning.

It is a new month and most of the times people tend to take this thing called life for granted until they are sick.

Times have been hard and that should not be a reason to not be grateful to God for the fact that you are breathing.

"It has been a very difficult time for so many people, we might sometimes joke about these things but can you imagine that someone is depending on a machine to breathe." Said Jalang'o.

Somebody has a cylinder next to them but you woke up today and the least you could do is thank God that at least you have your life going on.

If you could just go to Kenyatta and see droves and droves of people walking in sick and helpless.

His message in a nutshell was that wherever you are just sit back and thank God because probably most of the time you take things for granted. Be grateful.
