BBC TV viewers were treated to a light moment when our very own Larry Madowo was engaged in a push and pull battle with his umbrella.
Larry was in Minneapolis to cover the trial of Derek Chauvin for murder of George Floyd when rain and wind decided to take center stage.
The wind was too strong and at some point it flipped his umbrella inside-out, forcing him to play it cool and avoid an embarrassing moment where it almost flew out of his hand.
Seeing the funny side of it, Larry posted a video showcasing the entire scenario with a caption that read;
I battled an umbrella on live TV and won! This crappy brolly tried to embarrass me on international TV but I didn’t come to play .
