Akothee has made it clear that she will not be mentioning your brand without some money. She is a business.
Basically, her page is not a barter trade space.
"AKOTHEE IS A MOBILE TV / RADIO STATION. We don't do butter trade, it's value for money.
πI don't just touch anything / any brand unless I believe in it.
πI don't touch things for tags and mentions, Either you have a budget or move onto the next public figure, butter are for celebs, endorsements are for influencers UNDERLINEπͺ
πDon't send me gifts and start frustrating me as to when I will post π did you really mean to send the gifts or you wanted a marketing platform. Stop confusing Business with Fake Love. Keep your GIFTS πͺ
π I did butter trade when I was growing my brand, people took advantage of me ( I still don't regret it was a Lesson)πͺ
πI even gave out my brand fully to the Foundation, so companies could give me food/goods to feed people πI almost lost my brand image & forgot it's a business. Akothee the brand, is completely different from the charity Foundation ( again it was a lesson Learnt ).
πI supported so many people, I have built brands, designers/beauticians / make up artists, photographers, e.t.c ( what did I get, A finger behind ) πͺ
πIf you are a photographer and I have paid you, you own no rights to my photos nor videos,( what you want to do with this info is up to you )NO BUTTER TRADE ON THIS PAGE πͺ
πDO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?SIGNED CONTRACT?DELIVERABLES? O.K WE ARE IN BUSINESS. Lesson Learnt The Hard Way πͺ" Akothee posted
She has learned a lot through this enough and in life, we live and we learn.
Just recently, Michelle Ntalami was on the hot seat after posting she is willing to work with Kenyan brands, but will not pay for it although she will advertise you ( read exposure).
You know that word in Kenya upsets people so much.
From both these stories, pick a struggle.
