Hot celebrity Dj Pierra Makena has penned down an emotional letter detailing how she never thought she would make it as a mom.
Makena posted a video showcasing her all grown daughter, Ricca Pokot killing it on stage during her school presentation, a proud and emotional moment that brought back all the memories from 2016, when Ricca was born.
She says times were hard but God has been faithful towards her and her daughter.

She wrote;
Gosh i love being a Mom!!!!! Just watching this....it took me back to 2016 when i had just given birth and i thought i will not make it! It was hard...but look at God. Those who know my story will understand and for those who don't its a story for another day.!! Moms/dads should never give up....however hard and difficult it may seem..remember There is a God.
The sassy disc jockey has always opened up on how tough life has been as a single parent.
At one point she said that most times, single parents tend to panic and don't realize how amazing they are at parenting their kids alone.
"Im soo proud of my years as a single parent than i have ever been in my life.I thought Raising my child without the father will be disastrous only to realise we just panic and think we can't do without a man's help...yet we are capable and strong." Makena said.
