Betty Kyallo and Jalang’o are very good friends and Kyallo in fact refers to him as a brother who always supports her dreams.

The two have always made supporting each other, a priority and we can just stan!

When our reporter, Kalondu Musyimi caught up with the entrepreneur, she was confident that Jalang'o's bid to become the next Lang'ata MP will be successful.

Asked what she would advice Jalang'o ahead of 2022, Betty said;

“Go get them! I know he’s gonna take over I am so sure about that, no doubt about that.”

Adding,

I am happy for him, he can do it, he has the passion and look at his journey where he has come from, from Kisumu to what he is doing now.

He is a real inspiration that it can happen so go for it and I am right behind him.

Betty revealed she has had quite a number of people urging her to run for a political seat, but she feels now is not the right time.

There is a lot of pressure from a lot of people to do it (run for a political office) but I don’t feel that I am ready this time.

I feel like I am still building myself as a mom, as an entrepreneur as a human being and I feel like this is the time that I get to know who Betty Kyallo is.

She says with that realization and that solid grounding that she is on brandwise, she feels the need to explore it more first and see what she can do with her youth and probably might run in the next general elections.

Betty straight up assured her fans that she can never say no to delving into politics and thanks to her young followers and journalism background, she understands what young people are going through.

I am still very aware that some of those problems that I used to cover when I was an intern are still affecting very many Kenyans right now.” Added Betty.
