The top three finalists namely of The Odinare Challenge (Katapila, Elisha and Ben C) who faced off in a fierce rap challenge headlined by popular rapper Khaligraph Jones were each awarded with 1 million shillings, Ksh 500,000 and Ksh 300,000 cheques respectively.
The top award went Katapilla who hails from Kibera, 2nd position went to Ben C who represents Umoja and 3rd position went to Elisha Elai who represents Dandora HipHop City.
Also present during the cheque signing was Odibets GM Dean Mungai and Country Market manager Aggressive Sayi.
The aim of the challenge was to uplift upcoming young talent in Kenya.
Papa Jones who was the one spearheading the competition took to social media congratulating the finalist.
