Juliani says Lilian has all it takes to make a wonderful friend and that is all he ever wanted from her from the get go.
Speaking in an interview with Standard editor, Charles Otieno, Juliani says the two met at a mutual friend's house and he was attracted by what he saw in Lilian.
"Hizi zingine extra ni poa but Lilian is kinda lady that you want to be your friend more. Mind yangu ilikuwa ni hiyo huyo manzi akiwa beste yangu nitafurahi 'cause clarity of mind , clarity of purpose. The kind of things she values, self respect." Juliani said.
Asked about their relationship and future plans the musician said all he wants from her is friendship.
Mimi nataka tu kuwa beste yake, it is not easy to get somebody who has clarity of purpose, anajiheshimu the way she carries herself is respectful. Nikipata zaidi nitashukuru sana but for me I just want to be her friend yaani.
Juliani also opened up about the death threats he received and he said he wishes he recorded the conversation. However, he says they already know who sent them and where they come from.
I got a phone call twice, jamaa alinicall akanipiga msomo for two minutes I wanted to record of course and sent a text. I called Boniface Mwangi told him things are bad and we went to record a statement.
Juliani says even with the death threats, Lilian has managed to remain calm and collected and hasn’t been shaken by that.
The musician says his life is perfect right now and at being a father of one at 37-years-old he says he doesn't think he is in any rush to get married.
