'If you stay where the problem began you will never solve it,' - Jalas

Today’s Jalang’o’s wake up call was short and simple. If you stay where the problem began then you will never solve it.

He says what this means is that you as a person has to move in order to see where the problem began so that you can solve it.

Jalas said that this applies to relationships and work places as well as leadership in this country. If you dream of living in high end places and you are stuck where there is no growth then all that will be an unattainable dream.

“You can’t solve a problem with the same people where the problem began in the same environment and with the same conversations that created the problem. You have to move and see things differently,” added Jalas.
