Tristan Thompson has apologized to Khloe Kardashian and everyone he has hurt after a paternity test confirmed he fathered Maralee Nichol's child.
"Today, paternity test reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols," wrote the NBA player on his Instagram stories.
Maralee filed a law suit in California against Thompson stating that he was the father of her newborn son. In the court documents, Thompson did not deny sleeping with the fitness mogul as he said clearly they hooked up during his birthday in March 2021.
"I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that the paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologise to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately." He said.
He went on to specifically apologize to his ex, Khloe Kardashian acknowledging her heartache following their breakup last spring.
"Khloe, you don't deserve this, you don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you." He added, I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I'm so incredibly sorry."
