In December, Sauti Sol's record breaking Sol Fest concert was a huge statement to everyone that Kenyan acts got all it takes to attract masses.
The concert which had thousands of Kenyans waiting all night to party with the Grammy winning boy band, erased every doubt that we cannot have an all Kenyan act concert.
With that said, we expect more concerts this year from our very own artists who won't be relying on international acts to attract revelers to buy their tickets.
The sol fest concert was a clear indication that Kenyans are willing to pay whatever amount to support their own.
We put up a poll on Instagram asking Kenyans to name any international artist they would love to see tour the country and all I can say is it seems we are getting tired of West African acts and are dreaming for bigger artists.

Looks like Kenyan promoters have a lot of work to do to satisfy the ever growing Kenyan market in terms of entertainment.
