DaniLeigh's brother, Brandon Bills is suing DaBaby for assault, battery, emotional distress and negligence.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit claimed that Brandon professed that he walked by DaBaby in the bowling alley when DaBaby suddenly attacked him, leaving him with severe injury and pain.
The altercation was caught on camera with the fight knocking over into the bowling lanes. The police say they're now investigating DaBaby for assault with a deadly weapon, because Brandon was kicked in the head while on the ground.
Brandon added that he didn't fight back and that the physical attack resulted in physical and psychological damage, plus medical bills and sustained disability.
DaBaby already claimed it was self-defense. He has since been banned from the bowling alley, Corbin Bowl, in Topanga, CA.
Brandon Bills is the brother to Dababy’s baby mama, Danileigh, who has disabled all her social media accounts since the incident.
