According to Kenyans, male besties are becoming the source of violence in many relationships especially in the modern society.
Speaking on The Morning Kiss on the issue, Kamene said that she had already warned the female gender on their men having female besties, citing incidences that had happened before involving the ‘group’.
A similar situation happened recently on valentine’s day, but this time involving male besties, where a lady shared her incident with the radio host.
According to her, the boyfriend ditched her on valentine’s day to hang out with his female bestie who was dumped by the boyfriend earlier that day. As stated by the lady, the boyfriend and his female best friend, have had a close relationship since they met.
It raises a lot of questions, especially on Valentine’s day, when your boyfriend or girlfriend leaves you, their love partner, to spend time with the best friend or even the friends.
It is OK to have friends or even best friends but if you feel or think that the friendship might come in the way of your relationship and destroy the bond you’ve built with your loved one, Kamene advised on strictly keeping best friendships among the same gender to avoid petty relationship drama.
