Kamene Goro, as a living testimony, advised the babes on the morning #babebyKamene segment that they shouldn't sell themselves short to get something from a man.

"Being a living testimony myself, please know that anything a man offers you, you can get it yourself if you just put your mind right," she stated.

"A lot of women are putting themselves in the line of unnecessary fire for money, just for money," Kamene expressed.

"Msee atakupatia (Someone will give you) 5k, 10k, 3k, 20k, 50k, do you know those are all things you can easily get for yourself if you just focus on yourself?

Don't sell yourself for money, because the minute you let a man put a price tag on you, you become a commodity," the morning presenter said.

To get the intensity of the matter, Kamene had to explain what a commodity was saying,

"A commodity is anything it could be a pack of tissue or a bottle of lotion,

It's like when you go to the supermarket and get a bottle of soda, whether you drink it, pour it, throw it, break it, or run it over, the bottle of soda is yours.

That's exactly how men take it the moment you let them put a price tag on you," she emphasized.

"Msee akijua huyu ni dem wa (if the man discovers is worth) 50k, he will fund you, and it will allow him to do whatever he wants with you because a willing buyer will get a willing seller.

Is it worth your life? NO!" Kamene stressed.

As she wrapped up, she gave her 2 cents on the same,

"Imagine all the time you spent convincing the person to get you the money if you spent that same amount of energy and effort on yourself, in trying to generate that amount of money imagine you would get even three times more.

Baby girl, please, please, don't allow anyone to put a price tag on you, know that you are priceless, and no matter how hard life gets, do not allow yourself to get belittled into a commodity."
