WCB President Diamond Platnumz has achieved yet another milestone on YouTube after clocking 7 million subscribers

Chibu Dangote continues to lead that pack as far as YouTube subscribers are concerned in Sub-Saharan.

Over the years, Platnumz has accumulated a massive following on social media platforms that have turned into millions.

He joined the American streaming platform on June 12, 2011, and so far, he has accumulated over 1,935,526,236 views and counting.

Closely following the Wonder hitmaker is Next Level Music (NML) President Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa, famous for his stage name Rayvanny, with 4.03M subscribers.

He joined the streaming platform in March 2016.

In 2022, Rayvanny left WCB Wasafi to start his record label, and he signed Mac voice as his first artiste.

Konde Music Worldwide President Rajab Abdul Kahali alias Harmonize is third on the list with over 3.47M subscribers. So far, the Never Give Up hitmaker has accumulated over 778,403,477 views and counting.

Konde Boy joined the platform in October 2015 after being signed by WCB Wasafi under Diamond Platnumz.

He exited WCB in 2019 to start his record label Konde Music Worldwide which manages Killy, Angelah, Cheed, and Ibraah.

Nigerian singer and songwriter Ckay leads the pack in Nigeria but comes fourth on the list. 

The Afrobeat star who has been topping charts with his globe hit Love Nwantiti has over 3.42 million subscribers with over 902,702,928 views and still counting.

Subscription is critical to an artist's success on YouTube because the subscribers tend to spend more time watching the channel than the unsubscribed viewers.

Diamond has also been nominated for the Afrima awards as the best male artist in Eastern Africa.
