There has always been a notion that kids brought up by single mothers are failures but that is not the case.

5. Boniface Mwangi
He is an activist-cum-politician brought up by a single mother.
Mwangi had earlier narrated how he got his then-girlfriend pregnant, leading to him being thrown out of the church.

He was the Student Leader at the University of Nairobi for years before he ventured into politics.
