Kenyan rapper Petra appeals for financial help to clear hospital bill

Kenyan Dancehall artiste and songwriter Petra Bockle is appealing for financial help to clear her hospital bill.

According to a post shared on her Instagram page, the "Rider" hitmaker had been rushed to the hospital for an emergency growth removal surgery.

No further details were shared but the post highlighted that although some payments had been made to the hospital, the artist had a pending bill of Sh. 100,000.

The post read: "Petra needs your help! Yesterday night Petra was rushed to the hospital for an emergency growth removal surgery. 

She now needs help with the medical bill the balance remaining is 100,000 Kshs Paybill: 504303 Account number: Petra. Payment to Healthlink Matcare Limited.

Any amount will be appreciated if you can forward the mpesa confirmation message to 0113681699 Dm for other forms of payment contributions. Thank you."

Friends and fans flocked to her Instagram to wish her a quick recovery as they tried rallying up people to donate to the 28-year-old rapper.

Petra who also has origins in Seychelles is a celebrated rapper and singer who effortlessly switches from English to Swahili and sings as melodiously as raps.
