Comedian David Oyando alias Mulamwah has surprised his secret admirer with a brand new phone and Sh10K after she took to the streets to ask for his hand in marriage.
Faith Vaati Musyoki took to the streets asking Mulamwa to marry her with claims that she is the perfect fit to be his wife.
Faith’s photos holding a placard went viral on social media, with a section of users calling upon Mulamwah to listen to the young lady.
“Finally met her, Faith Vaati Musyoki, cute and jovial. Gifted her a brand new phone and kakitu kiasi 10k for showing me love, something I never get often. Asante Sana. Let’s always spread love and positivity. Baraka ♥️,” Mulamwah shared.
Over, the weekend, Faith took to the streets to ask Mulamah’s hand in marriage saying she is the perfect choice for him.
However, on Monday, she told YouTuber Eve Mungai that she is a wife material, and for this, Mulamah should be ready to part with at least Sh 1 million as a dowry price.
"Bei ya kwetu saa hii inaread one million. The elders won't mind more. You know sometimes you see that a woman is good and so you decide to add more money to appreciate her, baadala ya kutoa sh1m, unaongezea"
She added that her love for Mulamwah has been brewing for some time and after thinking about it decided to bite the bullet and come to Nairobi to search for him.
Her undying love saw her parents give her bus fare to travel to Nairobi in search of the father of one. This was in 2022. Her efforts to find him were futile.
Later she thought of ways to reach him and decided to pen her love for him on a poster, which has since gone viral.
"Hii kitu nimenyamazia kwa mda naskia inaniumiza. So I decided to come and shot my shot"
Faith insists it's not clout chasing; "Hii ni mapenzi,niko serious mi ni wife material naomba tuu anipee hiyo chance. I am wife material because I know how to cook, I know how to welcome my man back home from work with hugs and kisses"
She has told her parents about Mulamwah and why he is her choice
