Award-winning Kenyan singer Akothee has splashed Sh832, 167 ($6290) on her wedding dress.
In an update, Akothee disclosed that she got her dress from the famous Mery's couture in Paris.
Mery’s Couture embodies more than 30 years of professional experience.
An excited AkotheE shared a series of videos capturing her wedding dress ahead of her white wedding set for April 10, 2023.
In the past few days, Akothee has been constantly counting down the days to her big day as she prepares to walk down the aisle with Omosh.
Just the other day she also explained why she would never cheat on Omosh.
"I have no reasons to cheat, I date one man at a time when I fall in love, all men look like my blood brothers."
She added that money is not an issue they would fight over because she knows how to make her own money and doesn't depend on a man adding that;
"I don't depend on a man to pay for my bills but that doesn't stop you from taking up your responsibilities as a man. I am super proud and lucky that you are different."
She went ahead to praise her fiance for being an understanding man and for always outdoing himself just to make her happy explaining that;
"You outdo yourself and make me feel like a teenager, you make my head smaller, you made me feel how housewives feel, wee its sweet to be taken care of 🙈You ignore my two shillings and step up like A man. That is difficult to find in this age & Era.
I still get goosebumps when you constantly pay bills, it's new to me 🙈, I know how we always pull both cards at the same time 🤣🤣🤣I am paying, I am paying 🤣🤣 .how you took control of the homes and employees 🙄 sasa mimi ni bibi tuu. Again I don't know how to share my Man if I have to share you I better allow you to have what you choose. Ahh, I always give away my old Toys 🤣🤣🤣🤣"
Akothee's fairytale wedding is expected to go down on the 10th of April (Easter Monday) at the sprawling Windsor Gardens.
