11 interesting facts about Citizen TV's Hassan Mugambi

In 2019, celebrated media Personality Hassan Mugambi took home the  Outstanding Media Security Investigative Award. 

He was feted by the Protective and Safety Association of Kenya (PROSAK) for his outstanding and consistent coverage of security matters in the country.

In 2023, he was awarded Security and Crime Reporter of the Year 2023 at Nairobi Security Expo.

Mugambi kicked off his Journalism career at Pamoja FM, a Kibra radio station, and later joined CGTN formerly CCTV.

He was later poached to join Mediamax-owned station K24 before crossing over to Citizen TV in 2017.
