Kenyan thespian and digital content creator Jackie Matubia has revealed that her 11-month-old daughter has already started mumbling her first words but the whole ordeal is breaking her heart.

According to the actress, dada is her daughter's favourite word and she has completely refused to say mama no matter how much coercing and begging Jackie does.

The mother of 2 aired out her woes after she shared a video on her Instagram stories of a mom suffering from the same predicament. In the said video, the mom can be seen chilling on the couch with her toddler. She then proceeds to ask the baby the baby to say her name in a sing-song voice.

"Can you say mama, can you say mama's name...?" The mom encouragingly asks the tiny baby who in return proceeds to say dada and then actually sort of imitates her mother's earlier singing song note all while saying dada.

The lady switches the camera from her daughter showing off her sad and dejected face after failing to get her child to say, mama.

Jackie went on to express her disappointment revealing the same thing happens with her young daughter all the time.

"This is so Baby D... Sometimes she breaks my heart ." Jackie captioned the post adding laughing emojis and a broken heart.

2 weeks ago, the mother of 2 teased her fans online with sneak peeks of her daughter's face as she revealed the baby girl's name.

Sharing with her over 942K Instagram followers, Jackie posted a cute pic of her baby girl lovingly turning her head to look at her mom before revealing the girl's name was Nyambura.

The actor however had a love heart emoji covering half her daughter's face, still not ready to show off the young world to the internet. She noted that she'd be doing a face reveal before Nyambu's first birthday party which is in June.

Still teasing her fans Jackie Matubia posted another video of her daughters enjoying playful moments in the living room and captioned it "On the other hand, my clan is just enjoying their afternoon Wanjiku and Nyambura, my girls."

This isn't the first time Jackie has teased her fans and followers with pictures of her baby girl. Unlike her 1st born daughter whom she even does skits with little Nyambu's face has been hidden like a national treasure.
