Tanzanian songstress Zuchu has revealed her favourite Kenyan group is H_art the Band.
Zuchu who is currently in the country for some performances couldn't help but heap praises upon the band members, their chemistry with each other, and above all their lyrical genius-ness.
"If you listen to their songs, zimepangiliwa (from)sauti to everything, it just makes their music so beautiful and I appreciate talent, most important I really care about your work. They have beautiful music," Zuchu heartily said.
And if that wasn't enough, she shocked her fans some more by revealing that her love for the Kenyan band had pushed her to work on a song with them!
That is one interesting collaboration to look forward to.
"I have a song with them... I love them, their music is beautiful. Kwa hio niliwa approach and we did one song together, that is in my album which I will release soon, or maybe before. I will come back to shoot with them," Zuchu excitedly shared.
On why she chose to work with the band Zuchu maintained her earlier comments were the only drive she needed. She highlighted her love for the band and their music which she feels fully encompasses the art of the industry beautifully.
The Wasafi Records signee maintained she wouldn't be giving out any more secrets as she asked their fans to be patient and await the masterpiece.
She warned against pressuring the band for details as they would remain tight-lipped till the song officially drops.
"Our song is lovely I won't give you the name and if you speak to them they will just tell you we have a song and that's that," an elated Zuchu told her fans.
Speaking about the band's musical prowess, the 'Nyumba Ndogo' crooner revealed her favourite song from the band is their praise and worship hit song 'El Shaddai.'
"I loved their song El-Shaddai, before hata sijatoka, El Shadai was a song I would put on my headphones, even if I'm working out or doing other things, it just gives me goosebumps, yani inanifanya nione kama these guys really know what they are doing," shared the Tanzanian songbird.
