Azimio la Umoja Coalition has announced the venue for Friday's Interdenominational requiem mass.

In a statement, Azimio said the mass will be held at De Paul Grounds in Karen.

The mass, Azimio said, will be held to honour protest victims.

"The mass will start at 9 am," they said.

"Together, we pray for justice, healing, and a safer, conducive future for our nation. Let us stand as one to remember and honour the fallen souls."

They invited Kenyans to attend the mass.

"Similar prayers will take place in chosen locations in counties across the country on the same day," Azimio noted.

The coalition also thanked people for turning up for the Wednesday vigil.

They said the exercise will continue through the weekend.

"We thank all those who turned out to keep vigil, light candles and lay flowers in honour of the dead and injured. This exercise continues through the weekend," they said.

They further appealed to Kenyans to keep peace during the prayers.

"We also encourage Kenyans to continue lighting candles and laying flowers in respect and love for our patriots," Azimio said.
