Kenyan singer Tanasha Donna has raised eyebrows after treating Diamond Platnumz’s mother to a pleasant surprise while in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
On Thursday night, Mama Dangote used her socials to share a short video – displaying the expensive gifts and money she had received from Ms Donna.
In the clip, several designer perfumes, flowers and money in dollars and Tanzanian currency could be seen.
Tanasha Donna and Mama Dangote do share a birthday date (July 7) and previously they have held joint Birthday parties. At this particular time, Tanasha was still dating Chibu Dangote.
A happy Mama Dangote expressed her gratitude after receiving the gifts.
“Duuuh natoka zangu site nakutana na Surprise ya zawadi yangu ya birthday kutoka kwa Mama Tom kaka @tanashadonna yani sina cha kusema ila nasema Alhamdullillah 🙏❤️🥰,” Mama Dangote wrote.
Upon seeing the post Tanasha replied; “Happy Belated Ma! 🎉💗🫶🏽😘,”.
A few years ago Ms Donna had a fault with Diamond and his family after their relationship ended, but later they ironed out their differences and now they co-parent smoothly.
Tanasha Donna and Mama Dangote’s joint Birthday
July 7, 2019, was a historic day for Chibu Dangote’s family after he opted to combine his mother’s Birthday party with that of his then-girlfriend Tanasha Donna Oketch under the theme #707TheGreatGatsby.
The Party dubbed #707TheGreatGatsby, was all glitz and glamour as all invited guests showed up dressed for the occasion, with many honouring the set dress code that’s; Black, white, and Gold.
The two (Diamond and Tanasha) even used the exquisite Birthday party to announce to the world that they were expecting a baby boy together. In 2020, their love story changed and everyone went their separate way.
Currently Diamond has four children from his baby mamas; Tiffah and Nillan with Ugandan Businesswoman, Zari Hassan, Dylan, with Tanzania’s Hamisa Mobetto, and Naseed Junior with Kenya’s Tanasha Donna.
