The ex-girlfriend of actor Jonathan Majors was apprehended Wednesday night, months after she and the Marvel star had a domestic dispute.
However, reports indicate that prosecutors are expected to drop the charges against her
Grace Jabbari surrendered to the NYPD's 10th precinct in Manhattan and was charged with assault and criminal mischief, according to cops.
She was released after receiving a desk appearance ticket from the police.
Majors filed a cross-complaint in the March 25 incident, prompting the charges against Jabbari.
Majors is facing misdemeanor assault and harassment charges in the case. After Majors' defense team attempted to have the case dismissed, a judge ruled Wednesday that it would proceed.
The trial is set to begin on November 29 but Majors has maintained his innocence.
