Award-winning rapper Khaligraph Jones has crowned Sauti Sol lead vocalist Bien-Aime Baraza as the best and most talented artist in Africa.
Speaking to Mpasho, Papa Jones acknowledged that Bien is good at what he does before drumming support for his new album “Alusa Why Are You Topless”.
“Bien ako down na Album yake ni Noma but ako chini amekonda but he is my friend and small bro (Ako chini aniwezi).
“But Bien is my bro and I respect him so much and please make sure you stream his album.
“He is probably the most talented musician we have in Africa and everybody knows that. Me, I’m just the best rapper in Africa but Bien is the best musician in Africa,”
Just the other day, Bien also showered Papa Jones with praises for being the most hardworking musician in Kenya.
"The only thing naeza sema na Khaligraph ni asinijaribu tafadhali amekuwa akinijaribu sana online OG ni Og, ambia tu Khaligraph afocus on career yake aachane na sisi because tukiamua kudeal na yeye haitakuwa poa sisi si hao marappers wa TZ anashinda ameingilia ingilia kila saa, sisi ni watu tunajijua sisi ni wasani tumejiconfirm lakini show yake juzi Oktoba Fest ilikuwa poa nilikuwa hapo nikamwatch alifanya kitu poa sana nilimuona akijaribnu kudance lakini ni mnono namuappreciate tu," Papa Jones said.
Despite his friendly rivalry he had to accept the fact that the OG is the OG although he does piss him off most of the time.
"The music not the person, the person ananisinya mimi huskia amenifika hapa( while touching his forehead) lakini hatuezi deny OG ni OG.
