Dancehall artist Elephant Man reveals he has 38 kids and counting

Back in 2019, the man himself claimed he had a cool 20 kids and now it appears he's been on a bit of a baby-making spree since then

Renowned Jamaican Dancehall artist Elephant Man has left the world stunned after he claimed to have a staggering number of 38 children.

Now, for those of you who aren't familiar, Elephant Man, or as his mama named him, Oniel Bryan, is no stranger to the spotlight. With his high-energy performances and infectious beats, he's been tearing up the dancehall scene for decades. 

But right now, he's trending for something other than his sick music. 

 

The artist during an Instagram live session with his multitude of fans revealed that he first dipped his toes into fatherhood at the tender age of 17. Fast forward to a few decades, and at 47 now he's apparently been busy adding to his brood like there's no tomorrow.

“I have 38 pickney, start from mi a 17,” the Pon Di River artist revealed during the session before adding, “Mi might ugly and all of that, but the gyal dem like mi bandy legs,"

Back in 2019, the man himself claimed he had a cool 20 kids and now it appears he's been on a bit of a baby-making spree since then. That's right, folks – another 18 little elephants have joined the herd in the past five years alone.

When asked by DJ/ producer Noah Powa if he’s open to having even more children, Elephant Man highlighted the probability is always there as he doesn’t use condoms while on his endeavours. 

On co-parenting and if he takes full responsibility of his herd, the Jamaican artist affirmatively noted that he takes care of all his kids despite issues here and there with his multiple baby mamas.

“When you’re a likkle youth coming from nothing to something, people a go talk things. But at the end of the day, never mek a rumour be true. Me take care of my kids but sometimes you and the mother have a dispute and you know how that go," the artist said before going on to address past rumours that claimed that he had contracted HIV/AIDS. 

“Memba me, one time, dem say I have AIDS. Me say where dat come from? Me nuh dead, me deh ya – that’s how people is. Me stay strong cause the fittest of the fittest shall live and God nuh waan no weakness inna Him camp," Elephant man said.
