Kenya Power has scheduled power interruption on Tuesday in select areas across seven counties.
The utility firm said the interruptions will be effected between 9am and 5pm.
Counties to be affected include Kajiado, Baringo, Nyandarua, Trans Nzoia, Kisii, Nyeri and Kiambu.
Kajiado
Areas to be affected in Kajiado include parts of Isinya, Pipeline Road, Ramoda, KEDA Ceramic, Glob Seal, Inkiito, Isinya Town, Ashanti, Tumaini, Kingsun, Sabsahara, Diaspora, PJ Dave, Namanga Road, Enchoroi and adjacent customers.
Baringo
Parts of Baringo to be affected are Mogotio Equator, Muiya Dam, Molok, Ravine Glory Hospital, Lomanira and adjacent customers.
Nyandarua
Areas to be affected in Nyandarua include whole of Weru, Githabai, Kwa Joma, Koinange, Gituro, Kiahuko, Kwa White, Kirima, Kwa Ben, Elmer Resort, Rimiflora, Murungaru, Top Harvest Farm, Memo Centre, Turasha, Mwangaza, Kihumbu, Jura, Lereshwa, Neema Children’s Home and adjacent customers.
Trans Nzoia
Areas to be affected in Trans Nzoia include Kisawai, Saboti, Muroki, Mlango, Cheptumbelio, Elgon Tea, Gitwamba, Mengo, Kitalale, Kinyoro, Nakami, Olkadongo ADC, Panocal and Marambachi.
Kisii
Parts of Kisii to go without power for the period under review include Embonga Hotel, Kisii East Garage, CITAM Church, Senti, Botori SDA, Marshpark Hotel, Bosongo Hospital, Le-Premier Hotel, Kisii Junction Hotel, Mwenzangu Building and adjacent customers.
Nyeri
In Nyeri county, areas to be affected include Naromoro Town, Isacco, Triple AAA Growers, Nromoro Hosp, Naromoru Total Petrol Stn, Police Line, River Lodge and Naromoru Sewer Line.
Kiambu
Ruiru Prisons, Super Foam, DPI, Kenya Tents, Redland Roses, Parts of OJ, Shell OJ Petrol station are parts of Kiambu to be affected by the planned power outage.
Others are Sweet Water, Little More, BTL Police, Membley Riverside, Parts of Tatu, Crawford International School and Hardy Kenya.
Universal Corporation and customers in Kikuyu Town, Ondiri Swamp, Kidfarmaco and adjacent customers will also be impacted.
