JCC founder Bishop Allan Kiuna has passed away

Kenyans are still in shock following the untimely demise of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) founder Bishop Allan Kiuna.

Kiuna passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, after a long battle with multiple myeloma Cancer.

He went public with his battle with cancer in 2018/19.

He founded JCC in 1994 after marrying his wife Rev. Kathy Kiuna.

Kiuna was diagnosed with multiple myeloma Cancer in 2018/2019.

Multiple Myeloma Cancer occurs when there are abnormal plasma cells that build up in the bone marrow and form tumors in many bones of the body.

Since then he has been in and out of Hospital for treatment. In December 2023 he confirmed that he was cancer-free after undergoing treatment in the US.

Allan, who was battling cancer in 2018, did not go public about his medical condition until 2019.

"For the one year that I was in the US, my treatment cost 3 million dollars (KSh 460 million). And I did not remove one coin from my pocket because the God of heaven provided," he said.
