Sauti Sol band member Bien released his new deluxe album on Friday.

This is after he after he had a listening party for the deluxe album at a Nairobi club.

He said the purpose of releasing this new deluxe album is to keep the fire burning and his music to continue propelling.

"A deluxe for the album is extra music just to keep the fire burning, kama ukona kuni na imewashwa moto imewaka na imewaka vizuri unaongeza kuni izidi kuwaka," Bien said.

"Ngoma ingine itakam na nishaanza kurecord, mimi nikona album ingine tayari , nikona songs zingine of course but the deluxe is just to keep the fire burning.

He also thanked his fans for their unwavering support through an Instagram post.

"This album has been such a beautiful journey of self discovery. I’m super grateful to you guys for keeping this music alive and making it meaningful in your lives. Also mad love to all my brothers featured in the project . @adekunlegold @fallyipupa01 @officialwretch32 @princeindah @rayvanny. Couldn’t have done this without you. Kenyan singer Nina Ogot released her new album known as Ukumbu.KE. approximately two months ago.

The new album has nine tracks that showcase Nina’s unique perspective and talent as a live performer, staying true to her signature style of live compositions.

“Working on this project has been a wonderful experience for me to reminisce about different moments, events, and elements that have enriched my life over the years,” Nina said.

“In the process, I rediscovered a wealth of ideas that have been transformed into music, transporting the listener from the past to the present moment.”

Nina’s project entails guitar sounds, melodic horns, and grooving percussion that complements both the Swahili and Luo verses in her unique vocal timbre.

The title Ukumbu means ‘memories’, and the album contains all sorts of childhood memories and cultural moments from almost forgotten traditional music and stories to legendary film and TV maestros.

The beats of the album revive cultural roots as it creates a live music experience and new memories for the present.

Bensoul also is yet to release a new album on 26th July this year known as "The party and the  after the party"   after he held a listening party.
