Singer Wendy Kimani is set to make a major comeback with her Afro Soul banger titled “Pagawisha” which is about reigniting passion and falling in love again
The songstress is also set to release an EP early next year.
Wendy is known for a number of successful hit songs including “Haiwi Haiwi” featuring Bien-Aime of Sauti Sol, “Unajua” and “Usiende” – both collaborations with Gilad.
She’s currently living in The Netherlands and travels back to Kenya as often as she can, to meet family or perform.
She recently launched her YouTube channel, ‘Wendy’s New Normal: that follows her life since her relocation.
She explains, “The channel is about rediscovering myself, marriage, mental health, my hair journey and also health conditions like PCOS conditions.”
She made headlines at the reality show Tusker Project Fame and was one of the fifteen contestants that made it to the finals.
Wendy is married with one kids to her dutch husband whom they met online.
Wendy took time off music to settle down in the Netherlands after marrying her longtime dutch boyfriend who she met online on myspace. She now calls the Netherlands her home.
