China based Kenyan singer, dancer and dance choreographer Ricki Stunner has released the video to his new dance song “Chakara”.
The afro beats laced song is produced by Nigerian producer FroTribe.
The name Chakara is a name of a Dance Style created by Pato Dave and Ricki Stunner, who are both dancers from Kenya living in China.
The inspiration behind the project is due to the fact that Ricki Stunner is a dancer and a lover of dance; so having ventured into music, he finds it relevant and satisfying to sing and promote dance as well as make people want to stand up and jam to good music inspired from Africa.
The Afro beats feel in the song came about as he tried to be diverse in his music and work with different people.
Real name Ayan Karanu Mburu, Stunner made the switch from being solely a dance and dance choreographer to a recording artiste in the beginning of this year.
His debut single was dubbed 'Kwachu' which was produced by Kenyan genge tone producer Marvo on the Beat.
