A month ago Wasafi TV, owned by Diamond Platnumz was banned for six months after airing what was termed as a video with bad taste.
The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) said that live performance of singer Gigy Money that was broadcasted was immoral hence the ban.
Well, things have changed now as the ban has been reduced. Wasafi TV will now start broadcasting on February 28th.
Majority of their viewers were concerned of the empolyees that would not have put bread on the table for those six months.
Diamond has not spoken on the issue.
This is the second time the TV station has been banned from broadcasting. The first time, it was banned for two weeks.
