Gilad has collaborated for the very first time with Eliad, Israel based artiste in the song 'Swahili Girl'
The two had not actually met in person when they wrote this song after being introduced by a mutual friend and then writing together throughout a series of video calls held between two countries.
The duo would later meet in Israel, where they jumped into studio with the producer of the song Tzealon to record.
The emotional lyrics written in English with a hint of Swahili tell the story of a man singing about the times he spent with a ‘Swahili Girl’ in East Africa.
The love he feels is shared throughout the bars of the song describing a romantic encounter he carries with him to this day.
Gilad is a former Israeli diplomat and corporate executive, he turned full-time musician in 2015 and has since collaborated with artists such as Grammy Award Winner Miri Ben-Ari in addition to some of Kenya's most influential artists.

Famous for his unique writing style as a lyricist and composer, Eliad has established himself as one of Israel’s leading hit-makers.
Among his many accolades he is an MTV Award Winner for Israeli Artist of the Year and recently won the coveted award for Israel’s song of the year 2019.
