Wema Sepetu has lost over 50kgs. She was weighing 110kgs from 56kgs. Currently she is weighing 60kgs.
Sepetu says that she was taking mediation meant to help her get a baby leading to the massive weight gain.
"I am in a happy place. I have a body that I love. My career is going places," she told Clouds FM
"People know how I have struggled to get a baby my happiness will be complete when I get a baby. I added weight in my struggle to get a baby, I used to take a lot of medicine that had side effects on my hormones. The side effects were adding weight"

Asked what she did to lose the weight Sepetu said,
"I have done a lot of things, I took pills and I underwent a treatment that took six months. Its about food and lifestyle. I had cancelling and therapy."
Adding thats she was sick.
"I also had an infection and because of that, the doctor told me I could have gotten cancer."
Sepetu denied claims that she underwent surgery to remove fat from her midsection.
