Singer Bahati shared a post saying that he had planned to have a concert on Uhuru Park today, Sunday. He said this move was pushed by politicians who have already been to the ground and checked it for artistes to follow suit.
Even with the pandemic and people being asked to keep social distance, politicians have been holding campaigns that pull huge crowds, a move that has been criticised.
But the singer has now said that the free concert is postponed as he wouldn't want to be arrested
"Nimeogopa Kulala Ndani Wasee 😕 #PostPoned (I'm afraid to be arrested)"
