If you didn't know, now you know that Kiss FM presenter Oga Obinna doesn't drink...But the comedian can drink when paid to do so.

The comedian cum singer and radio presenter told Kamene Goro on Good Vibes that;

"When I drink, I drink when I'm paid to and when I do, I drink very expensive alcohol."

So, why doesn't he drink?

"My uncles were on the edge and I would look at them when I was young and I was like, I don't want to be like that," he explained.

"My body is the temple of God," he added.

He says through watching close people to him get drunk, he mastered the art of impersonating drunk people.

Three years ago, the comedian was reported to have stormed out of a Mombasa-road-based club after they refused to serve him tea while the rest of his friends were taking alcohol.

Another Kenyan celebrity that doesn't drink is rapper Khaligraph Jones.

Early this year, Zuchu refused to endorse a multi-million deal with an alcohol brand because her religion doesn't accept it.

Her mother Khadija Kopa had also earlier warned her against promoting such products.

"If you advertise alcoholic drinks, you must drink yourself, but I do not drink," she said.

Her manager, Wasafi Music's Sallam SK, earlier on said Zuchu, despite turning down that deal, is still an international brand and her fees have gone up, they no longer charge small money.

"The world has changed right now, and as the demand for her services goes up, so do the charges," he said.

"That is why we have been marketing her widely. Right now she charges KSh2 million for shows outside Tanzania."

During Ramadhan season, Kenyan star KRG the don also said he was stepping away from clubs to be able to observe the holy month.

"I don't want drama, I will not be involved in a lot of things this month because its Ramadhan. I will also not be attending clubs and will cut off some friends from now, at least until the month ends." He told this writer in a past interview
