Zari Hassan has warned photographers who share her photos without her consent that she was going to sue them.
The South-African based- Ugandan businesswoman said such photographers will have to sell everything they have to pay her; including their kidneys, liver and souls.
"Stop, I will start suing so you can sell your livers , to get money , your livers and your kidneys , even your heart , everything . If you don't have money, you gonna sell everything , and your soul," she said on social media.
Adding "You will sell your soul to get my money."
Zari's rant comes after a photographer leaked her photos online when she was promoting a Ugandan resort. Zari said their agreement was that the photos that would be publicized would only be the ones she had approved but the agreement was not followed.
A statement read;
“8Trakk Group terminates the agreement with the Divine Resort and Spa signed on 17th October 2022 due to the photographer breaching one of the clauses: Photos and Videos to be used will need to be approved by Zari. The photographer has posted photos of Zari before approval. Zari will henceforth no longer be bound by the contract and will not be tagging Divine Resort and Spa on any of her social media posts,"
Adding;
“Divine Resort and Spa will also not be permitted to use Zari's photos on their pages/websites. The photographer from Divine Resort and Spa will delete all photos of Zari on their system as well as any photos they may send to other bloggers. Failure to adhere to the above will require the team to proceed with legal action and compensation."
