On Saturday night, Mr Seed was involved in a grisly road accident that left his pelvic fractured.
The singer was together with four other people in the same car. One person in the same car died while two others also lost their lives in a different vehicle.
In a statement, his management; Starborn Empire asked fans, family and friends to pray for him.
"Mr Seed was involved in a grusome road accident that has left him with a pelvic fracture. He was one of five passengers including one his photographer, videographer, an artiste and a businessman."
The statement confirmed that three people died from the accident "We are deeply saddened by the passing away of one of the passengers with him and two from the other vehicle involved and our thoughts and condolences are with their family and loved ones during this difficult time."
Adding "We are relieved to report that Mr Seed is currently receiving medical attention and is in stable condition."
The singer was advised to take a three-week bed rest to fully recover due to the injuries.
The management asked the public to give the singer privacy as he focuses on his recovery.
