Rapper Oksyde has made a comeback with a new EP dubbed 'Boss Field Man.'  This collection features four tracks: "Kila Hood Niko Good," "Zunguka Block," "Maliza Kumalo," and "Kama Kawa."

As the title suggests, the EP offers a cohesive release that explores a wide range of topics, from weighty issues like the struggles of life and crime to light-hearted banter about love and personal style

Oksyde's previous songs, such as "Atiyo Matek," have already demonstrated his ability to create unforgettable tunes that tackle the challenges of everyday life.

Kila Hood Niko Good and Maliza Kumalo delve into the relentless hustle for success, with Oksyde rapping about doing whatever it takes to make money.

Contrasting the seriousness of the two songs,  "Kama Kawa" stands out as the EP's lighter track. Set to a smooth Trap beat, this tune features an incredibly catchy hook that will have you singing along word for word.

Sonically, the song incorporates elements from various hip-hop genres infused with a unique jazzy twist.

No hip-hop album is complete without addressing themes of crime, and "Zunguka Block" does just that while maintaining a buoyant vibe. Oksyde also flexes his storytelling skills in this song, captivating listeners with his engaging narrative.

With a fiery trap layer and his signature rap style, the song is the perfect addition to round out this EP.

While Oksyde has thrived through collaborations, producing songs like "Nganya" and "Toka Teke," he takes a solo approach in this project.
