South African singer Bulelwa Mkutukana aka Zahara will be buried on the 23rd December.

The singer died on Monday 11th December after being hospitalized for days. The singer will be buried in East London, South Africa.

According to SABC, her family said she died of natural causes.

“As a family, we take it that our daughter was sick and we only take it from there we do not suspect any foul play because we were never told about any foul play so until we are told otherwise we are not expecting anything,” said Nkosiyam Mtukana, the family's spokesperson.

As burial plans are underway, South Africa's Sports, Arts and Culture Minister said that their Eastern Cape and Gauteng governments will assist with the funeral plans to give her a dignified send off.
