Timothy Kimani alias Njugush, comedian and content creator who is known for his engaging and humorous storytelling, launched his first book on Friday based on a true childhood story know as “Whispers from my childhood".
This book draws from his own experiences or those of people close to him, providing readers with a heartfelt and relatable narrative.
From the book's title it promises to offer a deeper look into his life and experiences, providing fans with an intimate glimpse into the moments that shaped him.
The book launch event was attended by various celebrities and fans who came to support Njugush.
The story is expected to resonate with many due to its authenticity and the humorous yet touching way in which it is told.
The narrative includes themes of perseverance, family, and the humorous incidents that often accompany growing up.
According to Njugush he really didn't believe that he achieved this great milestone in his life since he never saw himself writing a book in the future. Also his college classmates from back then who attended the book launch, applauded him since he is the first person from their class to ever write a book.
During the book's launch Abel Mutua and his wife Judy Nyawira narrated how they have seen Njugush grow from their early days. They said Njugush is indeed a miracle baby since because of what he had gone through to be where he is today.
Talking about Abel and his wife, Njugush disclosed that when he and Celestine needed a manager Judy came through for them and volunteered to be their manager which he said that he will forever be indebted to her for always being there for them.
Celestine also wasn't left behind and said that she is super proud for her husband's great achievement.
